100th Annual Spring Show
In-Person Submission Help Workshop
Saturday, January 14th, 2023, 10 am - 1 pm
We understand that the submission process for online juried exhibitions can be overwhelming. Having issues submitting your works for the 100th Annual Spring Show online? Stop by the Museum any time from 10 am - 1 pm for a drop-in workshop on January 14th. Museum staff will be available to help photograph works, submit submissions online, and walk participants through the payment process. This is a free workshop for all and will be first come first serve. Please arrive no earlier than 10 am and no later than 1 pm.

Please read through the guidelines below prior to arrival:
Arriving with work(s) that need to be photographed?
Please bring only 2D works or 3D works that are smaller than 18”x18”x18”. We strongly advise artists not to bring anything extremely fragile. Museum staff are not responsible for any works damaged or broken in the workshop process. No work(s) may be left at the Museum after the workshop. Artists are responsible for taking their work with them.
Already have clear photos of your images, but need help with the online form?
Artists must arrive with photos already on a flash drive, or on a cell phone that must have the ability to connect to the wifi so that the photos can be uploaded online.
Just need to submit payment?
Please arrive with cash, check, or credit card.
Parking
Due to construction on 5th street, close proximity parking may be limited. Drop off on 5th street may or may not be available on January 14th.
